Accountant Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient individual to join our team as a Accountant Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with basic financial knowledge and a strong sense of responsibility. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

----Reconciliation & Transactions:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash and bank accounts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and bank accounts.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining and updating financial records and documentation

• ----Administrative Support:
  • Provide support to the finance team in preparing reports and documents.
  • Assist in filing and organizing financial paperwork.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of finance or accounting principles.
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Patience and the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in an accountant/ casher or finance-related role is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
