Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and consultation to customers.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions.
• Design and implement customized solutions for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation or integration.
• Work with engineering teams to provide feedback and improve products.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Precision or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in metalworking processes/CNC cutting tool applications.
