Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level backup and storage solutions.
• Perform regular backups, data restores, and disaster recovery drills.
• Monitor and troubleshoot backup and storage systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage storage systems including provisioning, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Maintain backup schedules, retention policies, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Support data replication, migration, and archival across systems and locations.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure data protection for servers, databases, and critical applications.
• Ensure data security, including encryption and access control for storage and backup data.
• Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and recovery plans.
• Provide technical support during incidents or audits related to backup and storage systems.
• Monitor system health, usage, and trends, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and change management processes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in relevant experience.
