Building Technician - Facilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, repairs, and servicing
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in building facilities and systems
• Respond promptly to defects, customer complaints, and breakdowns
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and report any issues to supervisor
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or engineering
• Minimum NTC/ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Air-Con, Building, or Facility Management
