Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure mechanical equipment and systems meet technical specs and plan project costs and schedules.
• Determine labor and material needs for construction.
• Oversee site activities, including installation, safety, and testing, to meet client requirements.
• Work with various contractors and consultants to execute projects.
• Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing projects.
• Ensure the construction team understands their roles and goals to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
