Marine Technician (Supervisor) | Penjuru | Up to $3,800 + OT + AWS + VB

🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Sat (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
📆 Rest Day: Sunday

Responsibilities

• Lead team for afloat/shipyard repairs and retrofits
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair marine machinery (engines, pumps, gearboxes, etc.)
• Prepare service reports and ensure workshop & safety compliance
• Train new staff and attend dry-docking projects

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Marine Engineering or related discipline
• Min. 3 years of hands-on marine repair experience
• Able to read drawings & prepare service reports
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with China HQ counterparts)
