Position: Production Co-Ordinator (Data Processing)

Department：IT Department

Monthly Salary: $7000 - $8000

Working Hour: 5 Days/Week Monday - Friday

Job Duties:

1. Data Processing & Management

• Oversee the entire data processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, validation, and reporting.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot inconsistencies or errors.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.
• Ensure compliance with data security policies and company guidelines.

2. Workflow Coordination

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate data processing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure efficient operations.
• Work closely with production teams to align data processing with overall project requirements.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data processing workflows.

3. Communication & Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between different departments (e.g., IT, production, analytics, and management) to ensure smooth data processing operations.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support and training to team members on data processing tools and protocols.

4. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of processed data before submission or reporting.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and improve efficiency.
• Follow industry regulations and company policies regarding data handling and security.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries on data processing performance.
• Maintain detailed records of processed data, errors, and corrective actions taken.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data processing tasks.

6. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Work with IT teams to resolve data-related technical issues.
• Test and implement new data processing tools or software as required.
• Ensure systems are updated and functioning correctly for optimal data processing performance.

7. Process Improvement

• Analyze existing data processing methods and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
• Research and recommend automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Stay updated on best practices in data processing and production coordination.

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related disciplines).
• 1-3 years of experience in data processing, production coordination, or a related role.
• Experience in a fast-paced production or data-driven environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with data management systems, workflow coordination, and reporting tools.

2. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in data processing tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or other database management systems).
• Experience with Advanced Jira, Confluence, Figma, draw.io, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro X. Basic Microsoft Project, Tableau, Power BI, KNIME
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

3. Organizational & Coordination Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

4. Communication & Teamwork

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, production, operations).
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data processing issues.

5. Adaptability & Problem-Solving

• Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and complex workflows.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new data processing technologies and industry trends.

6. Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in data management, project coordination, or quality control is a plus.
