Purchasing Assistant | Penjuru | Up to $3,400 + AWS + VB

🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Alt Sat (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM WFH)
📆 Rest Day: Sunday & Alternate Sat (half-day WFH)

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm orders with customers
• Print receipts/checklists and coordinate with relevant departments
• Monitor vessel schedules to ensure timely delivery of ship stores
• Purchase provisions and bonded stores for crew
• Handle customs clearance for spare parts and prepare shipping documents
• Collect signed receipts and prepare documents for invoicing
• Assist sales team with complaints handling
• Support colleagues with daily procurement and admin tasks

Requirements

• GCE O-Level or above
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in purchasing / procurement
• Organized with strong communication skills
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with China HQ counterparts)
