Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile tender submissions including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) cost estimates and method statements.
• Analyse architectural and engineering drawings and conduct cost analysis and project pricing to ensure value optimization, cost control and alignment with overall project objectives.
• Review tender specifications, drawings and contract documents to identify potential risks, deviations, and claims including variations, extensions of time, and loss and expense.
• Manage and administer project budgets, contracts, and conduct subcontractor selection—including negotiation, evaluation, and approval of Variation Orders (VOs).
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor scope, enhance deliverables, and maintain compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality surveying in M & E projects
• Skilled in handling contract negotiations and administration, from initial drafting to final execution and dispute resolution.
