Resident Technical Officer - M&E

Project Location: Central Area

Job Description:

• Assist the Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Construction Manager and/or Consultant team.
• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Contract period from July 2025 to 31 March 2026

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Preferably with experience in office, retail and mixed development.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
