📋 Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
- Develop and execute business plans and marketing strategies.

- Conduct market research and analyze competitors.

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners.

- Identify and secure new business leads.

- Prepare and present quotations and agreements.

- Support and run digital and media marketing campaigns.
支持并执行线上及媒体营销活动。
- Propose and implement creative marketing initiatives.
策划并执行创新营销策略以提升公司知名度。
- Coordinate with project and service teams for smooth handover.
与项目和服务团队紧密配合，确保销售至执行的顺利交接。
- Build long-term partnerships and collaboration deals.
建立长期合作关系并达成合作协议。
🎯 Requirements 任职要求:
- Diploma or higher in Marketing or related field.
市场营销或相关领域的大专或以上学历。
- Min. 3 years of relevant sales/marketing experience.
至少3年销售与市场相关经验。
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
具备良好的人际沟通及谈判技巧。
- Familiar with B2B sales and business development.
熟悉B2B销售及业务拓展策略。
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; digital marketing tools a plus.
熟练使用Microsoft Office，有数字营销工具经验者佳。
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
能独立作业并在紧迫时间下完成任务。
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).
中英文沟通能力良好（需与中文客户沟通）。
🕒 Working Hours 工作时间:
- Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Alternate Sat (WFH): 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 周一至周五：上午8点至下午5点
- 隔周六在家办公：上午8点至中午12点
