Senior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Accountant to join our beauty team! In this role, you will oversee and manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in all transactions. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want you to bring your skills to our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and track financial discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Monitor and report on cash flow, assisting with financial planning and analysis.
• To ensure invoices, data entries, cash receipts and payment are accurate.
• Submission of GST and Tax
• Full Set of accounting & financial year statement

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
• Candidate must also possess ACCA equivalent
• Able to use MYOB will an added advantage
• Able to handle full set of accounting and GST
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Candidates must have 5 years of working experience in Accounting Field.
