Retail Associate

Working Timing: 5 Days , depend on shift (44hour work week)

Working Location: Orchard Gateway/ Airport Terminals/ Westgate

Starting Salary: $2175 basic + $8 daily fixed allowance + outlet Comission =$2500 gross

Job

• Perform and deliver excellent Customer Service experience to all customers visiting the retail stores
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of in-store products so as to be able to provide customers with correct information
• Perform sales transactions, upselling of merchandise and cashiering duties
• Process product exchange and refund transactions and advise customers accordingly
• Assist with stock inventory management, stocks check, stocks availability and damaged stocks
• Perform and maintain housekeeping duties and visual merchandising standards
• Initiate and handle crowd control management during peak period
• Handle retail store POS system, doing opening and closing duties, and submission of sales report
