Social Media & Content Creator

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing team at JTE Recruit! You'll be in charge of building our online brand presence across key platforms—Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. If you’re fun, resourceful, and love creating engaging videos, visuals, and stories that connect with people, we want you on board.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute content strategies for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, IG Stories, interviews, day-in-the-life, etc).
• Craft content calendars and schedule posts across platforms.
• Track social media metrics, engagement, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with recruiters to produce recruitment-related content (e.g. success stories, tips, job highlights).
• Cover events or staff activities and turn them into fun, engaging content.
• Stay on top of social trends, memes, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirement:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Video editing and graphic design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
• Comfortable shooting content with a phone or camera (you don’t need fancy gear, just creativity!).
• Strong writing skills for captions, posts, and campaigns.
• Bonus if you’ve grown a brand’s TikTok or IG before!
• Independent, self-driven, and not afraid to pitch crazy or out-of-the-box ideas.

Nice to Have:

• Photography/videography portfolio.
• Experience managing paid ads on Meta Business Suite or LinkedIn.
• Copywriting or marketing knowledge.
• Sense of humour and a good eye for trends.
