The product itself is excellent, but I was disappointed by the attitude of the shop assistant. Her unfriendly demeanor and lack of engagement made the experience unpleasant. She kept her distance with a cold expression, showing no interest in assisting customers. Great product, but the poor service was a major letdown.

Bought the slimline light sunglasses as I saw a friend using it and was very compact. Was on a lookout for a compact polarized shades for travel and this model claimed it was using polarized lenses. However, upon receiving it and using it under the sun, it's clearly NOT polarized lenses at all. This is considered false advertising on their website and the item is not cheap either. Do take note of this and reconsider if you are looking for polarised glasses, it's clearly not delivering what it claimed to be. Intended to rate it 1 star but decided to give 2 stars for the compact size. That's all.

Please do your research before buying products from this brand. I had previously bought the Slimline Light sunglasses from Beneunder in 2023 via their online store. It was advertised to have “Lenses: HD Nylon Polarized Lenses” as well as UV400 protection. Firstly, the lens was obviously not polarised which can be easily tested by anyone, simply search on google how to test for a polarised lens. Secondly, I had send in my Beneunder Limline Light sunglasses to an optician to test the UV protection and was presented with the official results that there was 0% UV protection on the lens. For those who have purchased the sunglasses from Beneunder please have them tested at your nearest optical shop which will be done for free at no cost. You will be damaging your eyes permanently if you continue using sunglasses with no UV protection. I emailed Beneunder with the official results of the test and they simply replied that all sunglasses sold by them are UV protected ….. etc. If I am not satisfied with the product then I will have to ship the product back to their HQ in Guangdong China for a refund, AT MY OWN COST. If they can lie about their sunglasses, they can lie about everything else too. Please proceed with caution and don’t be fooled by having Jay Chou as the ambassador…

Visited this store on 25 Nov 2025 around 1pm, the girl staff attitude is bad… I was looking for UV jacket AL417 (recommendation from Taobao staff), wanted to try the sizing and take a look on the actual color… the staff just anyhow point me to one of the UV jacket, but I realized the design looks different, so I pointed it out, she just said oh Taobao and Singapore can be different, then she gave me a arrogant/ridiculous look that how would she know about the available design in Taobao… come on, if don’t have this model (or don’t know), should just tell me don’t have, instead of anyhow point to the “similar” design without specifying it… what if customer choose to believe her and end up buying the with wrong design… so please buy at Taobao, it is a lot cheaper than physical store here… now got free shipping to SG with min spending of rmb 199… thanks

I recently decided to try out Beneunder products, intrigued by their promise of stylish yet functional apparel and accessories for all your sun protection needs. I particularly loved the aesthetic of their UV-protective clothing and sun hats, which manage to be both trendy and practical. Their UV-protection claim holds true. I spent a day out in the sun wearing their UV-protective jacket and hat and noticed significantly less sun exposure on my skin. The fabric is breathable, which is a huge plus in hot weather. The materials used are lightweight and comfortable. Even after wearing the clothing for an entire day, I didn’t feel any discomfort or irritation. I’m super in love with their foldable sunglasses! These lightweight, 20-gram shades have fantastic designs that even make my face look smaller! From UV umbrellas to sun hats, all their products block up to 99.9% of UVA and UVB rays. With a UPF rating of 50+ and cool, breathable ice silk material, there are plenty of options!
