Was there in desperate measures because my phone died on me and was in need for new phone. Nobody even bother to serve me as I was looking at Oppo phone. Ask one of the guy which phone was good but he just say all is good. What kind of service is that? Was there 2 times, still no one assist me so I decided myself to get the phone. I ask if it is type c a not and one of the guy say it is.. So I purchased it and found out it is not type c. The person just apologise and they blamed one another for not knowing the phone is type c or not. Sadly to see that because I've purchased a cheap phone, I get that kind of service. No one wants to assist me. Dissappointed service I had.

Went to the store to buy a cable that helps with data transfer from type C to type C. Was looking for cables that transfers 1GBPs for my SSD and decided to ask the staff for help. He just pointed me to regular charging cables and I almost got tricked into buying a cable with low transfer rate. When i confronted him that this isn't the cable I want, he brought be back the the aisle and just ask me to look around it while citing he doesn't understand the difference. I ended up searching the store myself and finding the cable at a completely different aisle. Furthermore still gave me a very ignorant tone as if I was a bother to him .-. 0 knowledge on the things he is recommending and is somehow working at one of the biggest tech chains in Singapore.... def wont go back to this branch.

Went to this shop yesterday and was attended to by Store Retail Supervisor Swee Meng and her colleague Mia. Was very impressed with Swee Meng’s patience, knowledge and professionalism in his work. Mia’s also very enthusiastic in her job and was really quick to help me pick up my item from another nearby outlet. Great service provided by both undoubtedly, and would very much like to highly recommend to all to visit this store! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible service. I was on phone inside the store for roughly 10 minutes while browsing and they purposely increased volume of the music. When I went to pay they reduced the volume. Then I gave my membership number and they said I don't have any membership. While I was texting to check with my husband after 4-5 minutes suddenly my membership was valid. Teach your staff some customer service manners please. You don't have to act so mean for no reason. I wish I could tell that man in person on his face but my son was with me so I didn't want to set a bad example. If you can't be pleasant please don't do this job.

He had zero knowledge on the things he was recommending and is somehow working at one of the biggest tech chains in Singapore. I definitely won't go back to this branch.
