I'm very happy to have met Jacky again at the Westgate store; I had met him about 2 years ago at Yew Tee Point. Although I didn't purchase a massage chair back then, he was very professional and patient. He understood what I actually needed and didn't push for a sale since he couldn't find a suitable one for me. This time, I finally found one that really matches what I've been looking for. Many thanks to Jacky for his excellent service.

Jack is one of the best massage chair salesperson I met in all the different brands I went. Patience, polite and knowledgeable in his product. Good after sales advice and professional. The other big brand customer service are too sales orientated than meeting the needs of the customers. Jack listens to our need. ! Thank you
