Food Junction Westgate represents a milestone achievement in Singapore's food court evolution, celebrating the brand's 30th anniversary with their eighth outlet that spans an impressive 12,346 square feet and accommodates up to 400 guests at #B1-29. Operating daily from 10am to 10pm, this flagship location houses 23 carefully selected tenants including 18 stalls and five kiosks, showcasing Food Junction's revolutionary approach to concept-driven food courts that has transformed Singapore's dining culture since their founding in 1993. The Westgate location demonstrates their vision of creating spaces where people connect over food in affordable, comfortable settings with the best dining experiences.
The diverse culinary landscape at Food Junction Westgate features an impressive array of both halal and non-halal establishments, headlined by HJH Maimunah Mini, a smaller version of the Michelin Bib Gourmand award recipient, and Teppan Kaki, BreadTalk Group's newest and first-ever halal teppanyaki concept. The food court's international and local offerings include Shami Banana Leaf for authentic South Indian cuisine, Chai's Original Fish Soup, Ah Chew Yong Tau Foo, and East Coast Lagoon Prawn Noodle, ensuring that every palate finds satisfaction among the carefully curated selection of established and emerging food brands.
Food Junction Westgate's success reflects their three decades of expertise in creating lifestyle food destinations that serve Singapore's diverse community with quality, affordability, and convenience. The availability of delivery services through GrabFood and Deliveroo extends their reach beyond the physical location, while their commitment to housing both traditional hawker favorites and innovative concepts like halal teppanyaki demonstrates their adaptability to evolving dining preferences. With their spacious layout, extensive tenant variety, and strategic Westgate location serving the western Singapore community, Food Junction continues to uphold their reputation as pioneers in Singapore's food court industry while setting new standards for communal dining experiences.
Tried the Prawn noodle laksa stall. Take note their king prawn noodle is not the full prawn but half of it x3ea. And they have replaced the slice pork to slice chicken.
And since you had already cut the prawn into half, you probably want to consider taking one extra step to remove the prawn shit. Leaving it there only makes the prawn noodle looks disgusting.
Noisy if you sit near the center tray return area as the uncle is either playing with flying sauces or flying forks and spoons and knocking the plates on the bin to clear rubbish. Is like eating in a market.

Spinach soup is real expensive with very strong porky smell, absolutely disgusting. Only way to explain is stall did not use fresh pork & without proper processing.
Staff is real firty, her thumb was literally inside the soup when she dishes over to the tray. For some lazy reason, she is only willing to do so single handedly.
The price is ridiculous and expensive.
Try other stalls, why pay for dumplings that are absolutely disgusting to eat.
Dumplings is super small, almost $1 for 1 Dumplings. Not worth the price, very porky smell.

The experience was ok. They should call themselves food court than food junction. The place feels grand but the traffic and layout is a mess. Some seats are exclusive to the food vendor which means you are forced to buy from a particular vendor in order to get the seat. You will be chased out if you do not order from the food vendor. Aircon is pretty weak, and the place is so big that sometimes your food buzzer won’t ring! Some food is overpriced, example the mala hotpot is seriously expensive as compared to the food court at the basement. Why are there 2 food court in this building ? I think the basement food court has better vibes and seating arrangements, free for all seating too

This is steamed plain rice topped with BBQ pork and 'soft fried egg'. The texture of the egg could be smoother and thankfully not oily. The pork could be softer. I would suggest that the store slice the pork thinner to compensate for lack of 'softness'.

Really crappy experience at the Japanese Cuisine stall. My kid was just talking to her mom that she may want the curry chicken rice and the cashier went ahead to process the order. I don't even know how the dish is prepared without the payment even made. And when they decided to order, realized the dish was there and they said cannot cancel? Why was the cashier assuming without confirming? This is horrible. Served by the big lady with short hair with nametag Yic. This kind of service really sucks.

It's noisy if you sit near the central tray return area, as the uncle is either clattering saucers or forks and spoons, and banging plates against the bin to clear rubbish. It's like eating in a market.
