I want to rate zero star. The Chinese staff simply bochap. She attend to one customer for so long , and never bother to serve me. Very bad attitude! I will not patron this shop anymore.

10/10 shopping experience at Westgate outlet! 😄 Was served by David - very friendly man that kindly explained everything to us and even helped us to set up the watch / app so it's ready for use! 👍🏻 Even though the shop was busy, he was able to juggle all the customers well and paid attention to everyone. Thank you David! Happy purchase! 💯

Bought a Pura70 Pro 2 days ago. Served by Joyce? a very friendly lady. Had great patience to help download the apps, transfer my whatsapp account, pictures, etc. Appreciate her customer service.

Came all the way to Westgate was shocked to be told the 'HUAWEI SERVICE CENTRE' here has no one available to do any service, not even customer assistant , even though on website it is stated opens till 9pm. Was informed by 1 sale staff it has been like this for several months due to shortage of technician but website didn't update, even after countless negative feedbacks from many customers who went & had encountered disappointments, so unfruitful trips, wasted precious travel time, petrol & efforts put in to get their HP fix. Puzzled why still didn't update website with correct info. Beautiful big shop front with huge signage for show only. No actual service available at this outlet so why Management still refuse to reflect the actual truths ? Why the Management reluctant to update if nothing relating to Technical support & technician service is available here? Don't waste time especially other people's time. After many months of no technician support & service, why not just simply update the truths on website to save everyone's time? . Wanted to give give zero star but can't.

I was given a discount for Watch Fit 3. Its pricing is competitive for a basic watch that satisfies my daily needs. The extension of a one-year warranty is also priced reasonably at around $30. The last attractive selling point is the promise of a lasting battery span for as long as 7 days with the exception to excessive use.

I received a discount on the Watch Fit 3. Its pricing is competitive for a basic watch that satisfies my daily needs. The one-year warranty extension is also priced reasonably at around $30. The last attractive selling point is the promise of a long-lasting battery life of up to 7 days, with the exception of excessive use.
