Visited the store for a battery replacement but it soon spiralled into a 5 hour mental nightmare for me.
To summarise, the clerk told me that it was an issue with the motherboard and that I needed to send it in for repairs for 3-5 days. ALSO to get a loan phone, you need to fork out a WHOPPING $210, $10 for their stupid membership and a $200 deposit for the phone itself which is proper stupid and ridiculous. it was worse for me cuz im a student with zero income so it was a tough decision for someone who didnt have $200 lying around/
Nonetheless, I had no choice but to fork out the amount as I needed to contact people due to school and repair my phone but as soon as I reached back (not even 20mins later) I was informed that it was ready for collection and it was, in fact, A BATTERY ISSUE.
their reason? As they cant open the phone over the counter and since the phone failed the diagnostic test, they immediately have to believe it's the motherboard issue.
which is something I find nonsensical tbh.
OH they also removed my $30 screen protector for NO REASON too! and I realised that the store I got it from has close down!! thanks a lot yall<3<3<3
so I practically wasted 5 hours and $200 (even though I got it back) when I had a ton of school work to complete.
this is what I get for trusting a guy.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I absolutely would, but since I can’t, here’s a 1 star review. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE, and the guy was incredibly rude. Instead of even trying to help, he just flatout said 'no' and acted like I should just deal with my broken keyboard. And mind you, I’m still under Apple warranty. If he really couldn’t do anything, he could’ve at least been decent enough to explain the situation kindly and suggest alternatives, like a professional would. Instead, he just made me feel like my issue wasn’t worth his time. He has no business working in this industry and frankly should be fired. I will never be coming back here.

The screen on my iPhone 13 suddenly blacked out on Monday. I visited QCD and was attended by Vicky. He provided various options for me and was extremely patient during the entire process. I appreciated that Vicky suggested a temporary screen display so that I was able to backup the iPhone before changing to a new phone.

Use the Apple support app to book an appointment, plenty of slots and very convenient. Went down to the shop on Wednesday and I had to leave my device there for inspection and repair. I had this issue whereby when the AirPod pro was in the box, the left side seem to be discharging on its own while the right side was fully charged. I suspect it is the optimized charging option that killed my device. Anyway, on Friday I got a sms and email saying my device is ready for collections. Very seamless experience and notified at every point via sms and email. On Saturday, I went down to collect, which was very fast too! You even get a detailed report of the inspection and the action taken, overall experience is good

From the moment I walked into their shop, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff name Venus Lim who clearly take pride in their work. They listened intently as I described the issues
