Went to get a 4-gang switch for my household lightings and I’m not familiar with these things. Was fortunate that Wei Ni was around and she did not hesitate to help me out and offer some guidance on whether I should get a 2-way or 1-way switch, based on the pictures I took of my faulty switch at home. In the end, I managed to get it working at home thanks to her advice. Thanks Wei Ni.

Bought Nippon paint recently and was served by a lady assistant (on the receipt it was stated that the staff is CAT). She is super lovely and helpful. She even helped me to make a call to selffix jurong point brand so that they can prepare certain paints that were oos in westgate, and by the time i reached jurong point i could straight away picked them, paid and went. Thank you for your help. Appreciate it

Had a wonderful experience at Selffix DIY West Gate when I was attended by a lady Weiney . She was very patient with my inquires and preference. And helped me get a night light and shower head of my requirements. Thank you!
