Service in store is good, promising that specs will be ready in 3-4 days, so we bought 2 pairs of specs. Afterwards we didn’t receive any updates from the store. Upon contacting them (on the 5th day), was informed only 1 is ready and the other might be ready in another week. Salesperson shouldnt have overpromised, and should have taken initiative to update customers on delay/collection. Will update here again after the second pair of specs is ready next week hopefully.

I am a repeat customer .. had issues with my sunglasses because I dropped it and the frame got crooked…
Fortunately for Dane Yong at Westgate who helped me fixed my pair of specs … didn’t have to buy a new one 😅😊☺️😅

Kudos to the team in the Westgate & Clementi branch. I visited Westgate on 21 June 24 at 3 pm abt my spectacles alignment. Dianne & her colleague did a very good service, and yes, they did a good job. Patience and gave gd advice abt my dry eyes. Recommended me eye drops & eye gel that will help to ease my dry eyes.
I also visited the Clemnti branch to order my lens. Benjamin is fantastic. Very professional & helpful.
Great team and experience I had with them. Love them.. Best service ever!

Kudos to the team at the Westgate and Clementi branches. I visited Westgate on June 21, 2024, at 3 p.m. about my spectacles alignment. Dianne and her colleague provided very good service, and they certainly did a good job. They were patient and gave good advice about my dry eyes. They recommended eye drops and eye gel that would help ease my dry eyes.
I also visited the Clementi branch to order my lenses. Benjamin is fantastic; he was very professional and helpful.
Overall, I had a great experience with the team. I love them! Best service ever!
