Staff are very helpful and the store is very well arranged. There is a good variety if you want to choose between Nike and adidas items here. There are also shoe cleaners here so it’s good place for you to do sports.

We were at the West Gate sun and sand . The staff, Janice was extremely helpful and patient . Though we tried several pairs of shoes, she was helping us all the while with a smile. Very impressed with her customer service.

Although I didn’t interact with staff personally, other reviews mention mixed experiences regarding customer service. Overall, it’s a handy spot for quality sports gear.
